Markets.tn is an experimental, test-version platform operated on an individual basis as a personal project. No legal entity has been incorporated at this stage.

Markets.tn collects only the minimum data needed to operate the platform. Data is never sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for behavioral tracking.

Data collected

• Email address and password (encrypted) when creating an account.
• Telegram identifier — only if you enable alerts via Telegram.
• Interface preferences: language, theme, beta banner state (stored locally in your browser).
• Technical connection logs (IP address, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.

Storage and hosting

User data is stored via Supabase (infrastructure located in the European Union). Transactional emails (account confirmation, alerts) are sent through a trusted email provider.

Cookies

Markets.tn uses only essential cookies required for the service to work: authentication session, language and theme. No tracking or advertising cookies are placed.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to contact@markets.tn.

The financial information displayed on Markets.tn (prices, indicators, scores, analyses, indices, economic indicators) is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a buy or sell recommendation, or a solicitation to invest.

Data presented is aggregated from the following public sources:

• BVMT (Tunis Stock Exchange) — quotes, indices, official communications.
• CMF (Financial Market Council) — regulatory documents, financial statements, corporate calendar.
• Ilboursa, Tustex, and other financial news sites — sector news.
• INS (National Institute of Statistics) and BCT (Central Bank of Tunisia) — Tunisian economic indicators.
• World Bank, International Labour Organization — international indicators.
